David & Bobbi took over as lead Pastors in 2003 from David's Father & Mother, who had been the lead pastors since 1965. As lead pastor, David is responsible for the overall vision and direction of Covenant, leads the staff, and does most of the speaking at our services. Bobbi oversees the Abundant Life Ministry, and the Guest Connection Team. She also travels and speaks to churches and Women's Groups. David was born in Inglewood, CA, and moved to The Dalles at age 7. He has been married to Bobbi since 1994, and they have three adult children and one grandchild. David graduated from Christian Life School of Theology with a B.A. and is a second-generation pastor of Covenant. David and Bobbi both have a desire to see lives changed and set free, becoming all they were created to be.
