We are continuing in the series Keys To Healthy Relationships. Today is part 5 in this series. There are six steps to handle anger biblically. Step one, Be angry. Give yourself permission to feel angry. Step two Admit when you are angry. Step three, Do not sin. and step four, search your heart. Step five, Restrain your immediate response. When you are angry, PAUSE! Step six, Determine the best action to take.
